Generative AI

Generative AI

2023 – 2025

I’ve been working with generative AI since 2023.
What started as simple curiosity has become a valuable tool in my design process.

I mainly use it to visualize creative ideas when the right stock image doesn’t exist, or to generate illustrations that would otherwise take much longer to create.

Overall, there have been many use cases – here are a few examples.

Clients:

Brentex Trailer (2025, Adobe Firefly)
Flint kaubandus (2023, Midjourney V5.2)
Suurköögid (2023, Midjourney V5.2)
Tartu Healthcare College (2025, Chat GPT 4o)

Generative AI has let to quickly visualize bold ideas that previously required photographers or hours in Photoshop.

WasteLocker uses a smart bin with an AI camera and digital display to analyze recycling accuracy and provide instant visual feedback.

I created the tree animation for the interface – a tree that grows when waste is correctly sorted and withers when it’s not.

On our final semester in Estonian Academy of Arts, we had an AI course, where we experimented with different generative AI programs. I made a music video as the final project.

During my graphic design internship at Miltton, the team was planning to update the introduction video on their website.
Not all of the clips in the video were created with AI — see if you can spot which ones are.
